UUM ONLINE: Impressive!  A student from the Bachelor of Accounting (Information Systems) programme did Â鶹ֱ²¥ (UUM) proud after being named the winner of the Strategic Business Reporting (SBR) paper in the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) examination held in March.

The Strategic Business Reporting (SBR) exam requires candidates to demonstrate their ability to make decisions in strategic business reports by applying knowledge in real-life scenarios.

The triumph of Ms. Looi Pui Mun, a fellow student of the Tunku Intan Safinaz School of Accountancy (TISSA) came after she obtained the highest score in Malaysia for the SBR ACCA examination.

"I am very happy and grateful to have been given this recognition although this is my first attempt. I fervently hope that this success will spur and inspire others.

"I believe that everyone has the right to win and that nothing can stop someone from succeeding, as long as they focus on achieving their goals," she said.

Ms. Looi Pui Moon is Chairman of the ACCA Student Ambassador UUM and has been with the ACCA Accelerate Student Programme since 2019.
